This is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your benefits, without a Qualifying Event. During Open Enrollment you can:

• Add, cancel, or change your coverage
• Add or remove eligible family members

This year there will be NO benefit meetings at each school location.  Instead, we will hold meetings at the Roper Auditorium on July 31, August 1, 2 and 3rd. The meetings times will be daily from 10:00am - 11:00am and 2:00pm - 3:00pm. If you are not able to attend one of the meetings above, you will have the option to meet with Rhonda Bartholomew from HUB International on Tuesday afternoons from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the District Office, we just ask that you please email or call Kellie Stanton at the District Office to RSVP.  We highly recommend all employees attend one of our enrollment meetings.
